In 2006 I returned to the U.S. after four years in Japan. Since then I have been lucky enough to teach Art to wonderful students at Virginia Commonwealth University and now University of Richmond as well. Over the past few years the majority of my work has been produced during Summer breaks after first being filled to the brim with ideas and observations picked up during my classes. These rather unconventional videos are very caught up in a constant engagement with the materials of video editing, experimental sound, and online culture.
